What is your returns policy for media walls?
As all of our media walls are bespoke, made-to-order products specifically tailored to your unique requirements, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once the order has been placed. Due to the custom nature of each design, the materials are carefully sourced and built specifically for your project, and we cannot resell the product once it’s been manufactured.
However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Before proceeding with production, we offer free design consultations and CAD previews to ensure everything meets your expectations. Our expert team will work closely with you every step of the way to guarantee that the final product is exactly what you envisioned.

We use premium WAGO connectors for faster, safer installs – no tools needed and fully reusable!
Ordering & Delivery
At Bright Sparks Fires, we aim to make the ordering and delivery process as smooth as possible. For local customers across South Wales and the South West of England, we personally deliver your fire or media wall products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
If you’re located outside our local delivery area, we’ll arrange shipping through a trusted third-party courier. We’ll always confirm delivery details with you before dispatch.
If you’ve chosen us to build and install your media wall, a delivery and handling fee is included in the product purchase. This ensures safe transport of your fire and materials directly to your home, ready for installation.
We typically work to a 6-week build time, but we’ll confirm an accurate timescale with you when placing your order. Prefer to collect? No problem – collection is available by prior arrangement from our base.
